I can recommend the photographer we used for our wedding. They did a really nice job in that price range. 

Maa brother in law and other cousin also used the same. Vaallaki social media, fb lo hungama etc emi undavu. Ask for some of their work and negotiate a price. 
They can do drones, cranes, big screen tv, candid, personal, pre-marriage naa bondha bhoshanam anni chestaru. Neeku edi kavalo cheppadame. 

Album daggara kaasta clear gaa negotiate chesuko. Like 60pg album, 80 pg album etc individual prices adugu. 

If interested PM me and I will share their phone and email. The main guy used to work for Maha TV. He is not a rookie or anything. He hires a team for the event and he will come for main events like marriage and reception.
