max 3 weeks. apply passport first. otherwise you will get H1 untill your passport expiration date.

Bro call CKGS.. they will give list of documents to send for passport... normal lo apply chesthey you will get it in 10 days if they don't see any of your documents they will keep our application on hold and then they will let you know...

USICS vadiki nee H1 approve chesay time ki 6 months minimum validity undali lekuntey he will issue an RFE to submit new passport... apudu neeku chokkalu kanipisthayee because Indian Govt requires atleast minimum months of validity of your Visa... ila lock ivadam kantey please do the passport first then apply...
