as per the policies its a temporary non-immigrant visa... and if your company wants to keep you... they can file for an immigrant visa for you ...

normally it used to take less than 6 to 8 years so the renewals of 9 years had no issue.. but with things changed now.. they are redesigining the policies

what if a H1B's non immigrant visa extension happens for longer than 9 years .. then its against policies... either reject the extensions or redesign the policies

ani oka proposal nadustundi....

padesellu unnollani temporary workers anatam enti man. Prapancham lo vere e desam lo kooda ala analanna padisarlu alochistharemo ikkada tappa

kahna kya chahathe ho (3 idiots dialog)

even though it is a non-immigrant visa .... your intention to convert to immigrant visa is valid through H1B...

antey its dual intent ani meaning.. but it will be based on employers decision not H1B holders decision to immigrate or get permanent...

moreover if it takes too long then extensions may be denied.. so far didint get that scenario but current situations lo you will see USCIS enforcing rejections beyond 10 years

They will just reject and ask them to get out, that's what is going to happen.

yes.. as the GC dates are not moving and lot of temporary non-immigrant visas could be potentially problematic for the country and its against policies..

10 to 20 years H1B lo undi adi inka temporary non-immigrant category antey back tho navvutharu other countries...

so they are trying to work on the backlogs or redesign the policies on how long a temporary non-immigrant visa can be extended....
