Yep ... aada ladies don’t even think abt it ... for some health reasons stay away from IF ... instead focus on healthy veggies ( fruits in moderation) whole grains and good protein ( fish , chicken , paster raised eggs ) nut butters , seeds

IF ....intermittent fasting andulloo chala rakallu unnaye 20:4, 16:8 , ante 4 hrs window lo tinni next 20 hrs starving ... most popular one is 16:8 8 hrs tinni... ante evening 6 pm ki dinner cheyse.... next day 10 am varaku eam tinaka povadham.. which is very much possible 

iha pothe mana whallu vratham peyru tho happy ya fruits( sugars) coconut water lantive lagistaruu.. inka akkada fasting  eam unde ?

Not true . Many ppl  upavasam upavasam laga chestaru . 

6pm dinner and 10 am Varaku em tinakappvadam fasting ah !! Ayite that’s what I am doing since I know this world @3$%

fasting is good ani oka video and bad ani oka video untayi , do everything in moderation , too much of anything is good for nothing so food kuda alane teesukovali..
