Ma intlo kitchen close by 6:30 pm and people sleep by 9 pm.   I always ate since my childhood by 6 pm and after I started working same schedule I eat by 6-6:30 pm and sleep by midnight . Nenemanna Mount Everest ekkanu ani cheppana anta surprised why ?

Memu 7-8 madyalo tini 9 ki padukune vallan.. malla mrng 7-8 madyalo tini 9 kalla school lo undevallam

Very boring Ayitey.... asalu 10 pm ki tv chusthu sofà lo kurchonee fav curry tho dinner chestunte aa maza ey veyruabba

 Very healthy for me . Late night dinner is very bad for health. @3$%

Ekadasi upavasam Chala manchidi... Bheesmapanchami vratham chesthe yr lo okasari Chala manchidi... Manisihi annodu kanism ee varathamaina cheyamani... 5 days vratham with ahaara niyamala upavasam tho cheyamannadu

Health should be taken care when young not when old . I rather use that time for gym dance and other activities. Fun is not in sitting lazy on Sofa at 10 pm . Fun is in doing interesting things which helps health and also which stimulates your mind .

IF chesina.. you have to restrict your calories according to your goal in your feeding window... for example  16 fasting chesthunnam ga ani.. 8 hours window lo itsam vachinattu binge eating ..its of no use..... 

it is just one of many ways to achieve your weight goal.

kondariki set avvthadhi..konadriki set avvadhu...  without fasting also if you count your calories and workout..you can still achieve your goal...

I have been doing IF for more than 2 years... na life style ki baga set ayyindhi.. it works for me..

better consult your doctor before considering it.
