Gains Posted April 19, 2018 Report Share Posted April 19, 2018 IF chesina.. you have to restrict your calories according to your goal in your feeding window... for example 16 fasting chesthunnam ga ani.. 8 hours window lo itsam vachinattu binge eating ..its of no use..... it is just one of many ways to achieve your weight goal. kondariki set avvthadhi..konadriki set avvadhu... without fasting also if you count your calories and workout..you can still achieve your goal... I have been doing IF for more than 2 years... na life style ki baga set ayyindhi.. it works for me.. better consult your doctor before considering it.
