yes cheyochuu, antha lawyer yee chusukunnaduu fee kakunda extra $500 pay chesaa, he sent all the Docs(H1 ext+H4 ext + H4Ead ext) same time. 

3 week  back yeee approved naadhi

Only Form 765 fill cheyala?

form  539 kuda fill cheyala or no need ha?

You should fille both 

i-765 is for ead ....

i-539 usually employer takes care if it

EAD ki 90 days lo expire avteyney eligible avtaru to apply for H4 EAD, before 90 days you are not eligible, naku telisina info , if wrong itey konchem update cheyandi andariki helpful avuddi

Kadhu i applied ...both h4 and ead at same time ..at that time ead expiry date is > 90 days
