There is no concrete rule that, Governor should call the coalation parties to form govt.

when there is single largest party with 2-5 seats short of majority, in common sense majority of people wanted them to be in power ani ardham.

and post-poll alliances are give last priority...it shows a message that just for the govt formation they wanted post poll alliance ani.People can ask why didnt they go for pre-poll alliance if both parties are in terms now ani..(im pinpointing even what BJP did in Goa and Mizoram, Tripura)

104..strenght..plus 1 independent...makes it 105

two seats going to polls....avi elagaina BJP gelustadi...makes it 107.

KA lo 224 seats...andulo Kumaraswamy will resign one post...ante 223 seats.

223 seats lo 8-9 MLA need to abstain from voting...ante vote veyakunda dooram vunte, that number will come down to 212..and 212 lo half mark is 106 which BJP clearly has...
