Since I 'wasted' some time reading the docs, let me 'waste' some more time - my observations, questions 

what happened? 

- in dec'2016 victim 'A' came to US to attend conference, arranged by Kishan. But she arrives 2 days after conference is over. They investigate, cancel the Visa and sends her back. As part of investigation, she spills the beans on Kishan.

- US authorities went to India(!), interviewed her again(?) and started observing Kishan (alais "raju chennupati') and his wife , chandra (alias chandrakala , vebha jaya, vibha jaya). 

- Total 5 victims - all of them - same pattern. They come on attending telugu cultural events and go to difference cities for prostitution. They also tracked 7 individuals (customers) and interrogated one of them. 

Some questions/observations:

Looks like Telugu associations are using raju chennupati services for travel arrangements. Probably he arranged travel for more than these 5 victims as he booked hundreds of rooms in last one year.

- It looks like he changed his name and known as 'raju chennupati' after many complained about Kishan 2 years back (anasuya, sampoornesh). 

- Some associations distanced themselves from Kishan, but they continued to use 'Raju'. 

- Best clue is reference to Gaithersburg event on January 20. It is a regional event, attended by very few 'celebrities' and they say all the victims are part of this event.  They have many clues/notes/evidence and stitched together all clues/events over a period of 1.5 years. It's highly unusual for US to spend this much time on pimps - they usually act in cases of child porn and human trafficking. 

- Lasya and Regina are together - in all the referenced events. 

- It's surprising that pimps send multiple photos to individuals. suggests most of them are small time actors/anchors. 

- At least one (Regina?) is big shot - 2500$ for one time.
