Dudes need a Suggestion:

Northern VA lo DBA product based comp FT for $95 k + Benefits vs Contracting very long term $49 per hour + no benefits. (Employer getting $70 but paying 70-30)

which will be best option to decide.

With FTE, you will have Paid Timeoff, Insurance contribution, Bonus, 401K,...

In this case, FTE makes sense. But if your employer gives 80% ($56), then you can consider contracting.

Even with $56 per hour, I may vote for FTE as you will have merit increases every year

49*2080 = 101k contracting.

fte 95k is always safer. Your contract job may end tomorrow who knows. I’m not saying even fte will also end but probability is higher for contract roles.

FTE ne best bro. $49/ hr ante 100k vastayi per annum. On top of it insurance nuvve pay cheskovali which is around 10k after taxes and no PTO, sick leave, annual bonus, yearly hike GC ki H1 extensions ki maname pay cheskovali . So FTE is better ye angle lo chusina. Ni case lo ithe simple math chesina easy ga teseskovachu.
