2009 lo degree passed out but applied for convocation certificate in 2014 lo applied so date on certificate is 2014 but mention april 2009 qualified ani vundi 

Kaani degree evaluation vallu we consider certificate issue date 2014 only consider antaru enti

When the certificate awarded to you doesn't matter during evaluation as long as you cleared all subjects with-in time. Are you trying to apply for WES evaluation for Canada?

Not true. Just apply for education evaluation, they will provide a certificate with the degree equivalency depending on your completion.

if u can change evaluators.. nj lo google chey.. education evaluation. indi paki gaalu untaru... they will give u however u want. without even seeing docs... google chesko. ma colleague ki mem vethikam 3 yrs back it worked kani vadu ethesadu ipudu.. vere pani kosam try chesthe adi ledu..
