There isn't a flaw in the bank process. They have their own disclaimers...you can't catch them. 

first, file a police complaint. It won't cost you anything. Nor it disturbs your legal status. Nobody asks for that.

Something is better than sitting at home.

Vadi account lo nuvu money enduku deposit chesavasalu  ? As u are d seller ainapudu sCo_^Y if u are a buyer, apudu deposit chesav ante anukovochu (ofcourse adi kuda foolishness anuko without recieving title n car deposit cheyodhu when u are buying from 3rd party )

This is most famous scam and very well know scam in buy and sell market..

always do transaction in person and in cash..

There is nothing you can do now...other than filing a police complaint...it's the most popular scam...From next time do your transactions from the people you meet in surekha or craigslist in a coffee shop in person in cash.

1 week paycheck poyindi anuko.......... learn this as a hard lesson and don't ever trust any stranger or even friends or sometimes family people.......... you can't do $hit right now.

 

Its hard to track those kinda people.......... vaalu anni prepare cheskune contact chestaru.
