How people become dumb!!

Most people are smart, or have capacity to think and improve themselves and their environment. but it doesn't always happen. 2 reasons.

1. They are being forced  to do something they don't want to do for whatever reasons (put food on table, maintain social status), and hence most of their productive time doing repetitive sh1t they are not bothered about

2. Belief that they have made it, and feeling entitled to things they don't deserve. (IIT students who underperform in almost every sector they set foot in, IT employees in general, who lecture on society)

The first kind can be rejuvenated by providing them opportunities to excel in, to own what they produce, and to help them lead a fully purposeful lives, and be innovative at work.

The second kind is something humanity can wash its hands off. Like really. They are irredeemable.

brain shuts off, when you don't have stake in things you do.

keep running the rat race. and I sincerely hope you all fail, and learn that being cooperative is more helpful than being competitive.
