All these stopid people who keep whining about immigration and jobs should check the layoffs of the disney case, did they ever heard the story of disney or many major companies like BOFA, Sears, State Farm, etc.,kicking hundreds of people out of jobs cause of you cheap labor, did you know how their families cried when their households lost their jobs, you wouldn't care would you, because all we care is just us, can we be any **!ng selfish than this eva? if we make the dollars we good, yall like who gives a flying frog to the local people who lose their jobs. 

Also faking things like resume and immi documents. 

no body asked them to stay here, if yall claim that yall from very literated schools back home then why the hell yall flew to states, 

with your degree and experience why dont you make us india great, stop talking bs, no one is indebted or obliged for you or your visa or your jobs or your spouses. Geez give them a break

Don’t change goal posts.. read your 2 replies...cheap are outsourcing agencies.. you target them .. not people who are fighting for h4 eads... they are not moving jobs to other country ...they like to live in this country and take care of their kids who are us citizens ...don’t give free suggestions to them ... if you are not from witch paying h1 is above hiring citizen ..and secondly tell your cry babies to move up the food chain...technology moves fast ..

now to the point, what ia ma trying to say is these spouses who come from india and claiming that they got married just because they get right to work or work permits, and now they whine about the immigration is utter bs, do you have any idea why obam a signed up to this h4 ead thing, do you have any knowledge in politics over here, just for his and his party benefits he signed this so called h 4 ead, when h1 was formed back ages the he was just a spouse visa who cannot work, it has been like that ever, now dems changed that,,,that cost a lot of jobs to the locals, read the documentary of disney case, you would understand, why are thousands of jobs created for h4 eads, why did at first place they granted h4 ead work permit, its just not about cheap labor, its more than that, today there are tons of these spouses who keep complaning that they got married so that they ccould fly states and work ? the current pres is just saving jobs to locals by not issuing the visa, which is fair deal, the companies got that now already and they pay for it..

Disney case happened even before single h4 ead started working .. h4 ead don’t pay taxes ?   .. why are you  not considering legal kids born to h4 ead  in us .. as us citizens ? Why are the people in USA in green card line are  not us  citizens? .. so if h1b is waiting for decades to become us citizens while his kids who happens to be us citizens suffer ? We are not talking about kids here, rather we are talking about h4 ead spouses who flew to states, and since now the current adminsitartion is kicking their butts they are just whining that we married our spouses so that we flew to states and work, giving reasons like we are educated and have great work exp, what utter non sense they are talking about, did the states gurantee them that this so called h4 ead would be valid for ever, or make you people get a greencard or citizenship, they choose their husbands just because they can come and work in the states ? What this arrticle or thread about, these stupid h4 ead ?? No ? 

What did you say, about people who are green cards are not us citizens, what does that supposed to mean ? People who are green cards will eventually be citizens provided they do not have any charges agains them, all they ahave to do is wait for the eligibility and file for naturalization. Its simple. 

Kids who are US citizens suffer because parents are non-immgrants ? Why didnt they plan making kids outside the country provide they knoew the fact that it takes for ever to get a green card ? Wouldnt they know about the adminstrations how they work, and since they didnt even think about all this now whine again saying my kid is a citizen but i am not ? even after knowing the immi rules here ? there is a term called CONSEQUENCES right, 

When they got the work permit they're like hell yea lets fly, when the administartion changed and the current admin wants to save the jobs to locals, by cutting the visas, now you whine about it ? How fair is this ? Hence the disney case, dont you know how many locals these days are getting laid off just because an h4 ead fake resource works for cheap labor, you were saying about certain date/years, arent the layoffs of locals happening since decades and is even getting more worst till date, ?? Would you know this ? 

Now to your point of companies, i already explained you corporates always try to do their work as cheap as possible, wouldnt they, so the corporates are doing their jobs by hiring these cheap labor, which is fine. Now the govt is changed and wanted to do the other way by holding jobs to locals, since companies are not hiring locals, hence the policy buy american hire americam started ?? you'd know this, dont you .. Now how to rip the corporates ok lets cut the visas so they cannot hire any cheap labor which is what the current admin is doing ? correct ? Now since they doing this way you cannot blame the current admin, they elected him for a reason and he is doing his job ? which perhaps hurt you or any other non-immigrants ?? If anything favor to us then we are like hell yea, if it is not favor to us and in favor to the locals then we are like holy sh!t ?? What would this be called ? Selfish to the heights ? 

Fir an hi1 it is a non-immigrant visa, so there is no gurantee that they offer them a permanent immigrant visa, this is how it was formed, if they wanted to let their talent be home, they'd think about it and we follow the paper work, and follow the legal immigration way, so its a try and do your thing but not whine that why the hell i did not get my immigrant permanent visa.. Huh need to explain so much for a simple matter. 

Is that all you got ? Dont make yourself an easy crowd..if you know what i mean, Does this even make any sense to you at all ?
