Misinformation is very harmful to the society. Immediate measure kinda 500 crores and all possible help from Union. 

NDRF, Indian military are engaged in flood rescue, Do you know where they have come from ? Do you think Pinarayi Vijayan authorizes Indian military to start rescue operations ?

Normalcy is being restored, pharmacy and medicines are being rushed to Kerela, Oil supplies have been stocked already and 90% of the cell phone towers are now working. Highways are being repaired to restore transport, challenge to provide drinking water, etc...

All the expenses for these operations are paid out by the district collector directly from the treasury which would be funded by PM relief fund and other union sources.
