reality
Varini lol question....and also answers... Rendu same tenses kadhu, vatiiki Chandrababu ki Nagalokaniki unnantha difference undhi... 1. First scenario: It is simple “past” tense, irrespective of active and passive voice. This is used when a thing has happened (sometime in the past). 2. Second scenario: It is simple “present” tense, again don’t mix it with active or passive voice thingy. This is used when something that normally happens or tend to happen (based on the perception of the speaker) Ex: Pappu speaks good telugu (in this example speaker is a pulka 😂)

MagaMaharaju
16 minutes ago, AndhraneedSCS said: Why would you use "Is Completed" and not "Was Completed" I think he wanted to use a tense which intents the work was done in past, continued at present and will continue in future. Present perfect would be perfect tense in such context.
