H1b ki crucial is job...administrative delays is the best way to cut down and kick out h1b's...

indulo ardam kakapovadaniki emundi...i have seen couple of cases where it took as lomg as 1 year for h1b to process....application approve cheyadaniki 1 year ante...mari anni rojulu contract vuntado ledo kuda telvadu kada...

pommanaleka pogapettadam antaru ie concept ni...

delay chesi padeyu...udyogam peekutadi...illegal days accure avutayi...NTA issue ayitadi and once denied after i-94 expiry, then thats it you will never be able to come back to USa again..
