What was Hyderabad (or AP or India) before 1994 ?
 1. Indian economy was on the verge of collapse by 1991, when PVNR opened the doors for foreign companies and thus responsible for the start of new era of Economy in India.
 PVNR is considered as the father of modern Indian economy.
 
 2. Before CBN, Hyderabad was having CMC (first generation IT company in India), Alwyn, Gunfoundry, HMT, ECIL, BARC, ISRO, ITC, BHEL, HPCL, Dredging corporation, NTPC, Hindusthan shipyard, ONGC, GAIL, NALCO, Bharat Dynamics, hundreds of Navratna & other PSUs, hundreds of pharmaceutical companies. Many of this kind of companies were discouraged by CBN.
 
 3. Most of the infra of Hyderabad was inherited from Nizam's time. Many public offices like Secratariat, Police HQ, Govt buildings, Hospitals, Universities, schools, roads were taken away from Nizam. The roads and thier layout was mainly built during Nizams time. I cannot stress enough on Historical monuments of Hyderabad, you are free to Google.
 
 4. Begumpet Airport was built in 1930s which was the only airport for Hyderabad until inauguration of RG Airport. Also CBN claims that RG Airport was his achievement but infact its a project to be given license by AAI, which has built several other airports in India.
 
 5. Also count for the number of educational institutes in Hyderabad before CBN became CM.

Whats after 1994?
 1. Its not just Hyderabad but the GDP of entire India was growing due to economic reforms undertaken by PVNR in 1991. While Bangalore spearheading the IT revolution in India, cities like Pune, Delhi NCR, Chennai, Mumbai also seen lot of employment generation in IT along with Hyderabad. Many of these new cities like Pune, Delhi-NCR have progressed much better than Hyderabad. But no CM have advertised it as their own achievement.
 
 2. In his own words of CBN, by year 2000, IT industry was having 20% of Telugu speaking people, so naturally it would never be difficult to find IT people in Hyderabad (even though many of them are fake profiles). Pune, Delhi-NCR developed equally even without that advantage.
  
 3. By year 2000, Bangalore was congested with IT companies and new companies were finding it difficult to find space. So obviously they were looking for new cities. And there were many options for them and Hyderabad happened to be one among them. CBN was lucky to have been thge CM during that time.
 
 4. It would never be difficult for any Govt to attract an industry like IT which was growing at 300-400% every year during 2000's. Ask CBN what he had done for struggling industries like agriculture, textiles, small scale industries, mid range industries?

Whats CBN's credibility?
 1. Nothing. Its because of Yellow media over hyping him 24x7, he was glamorised as visionary CM of India. But in fact united AP was destroyed economically because of his myopic vision. No region other than Hyd was developed. Agriculture, Textile industries have seen mass suicides. No other industry ever revived under CBNs rule.
 
 2. Its because of caste politics and regional politics employed by CBN, the Telanagana movement took its birth which eventually led to the bifurcation of AP. So CBN is considered as the main reason for the state of AP now.

 3. People who got benefitted by CBNs rule in United AP were: Ramoji Rao, Murali Mohan, Narne estates, Kavuri estates, Akkineni Empire, Nandamuri Empire, Nama Nageswara Rao and countless people from his caste. And nobody else.
 
 4. If employement generation were to be the criteria, then Infosys founders, Wipro founders, TCS founders and hundreds others were to be regarded higher than CBN as they have created IT industry even before CBN entered politics.
 
 5. Many people in AP as well as India failed to even remember some R K Baliga who was just a civil servant (never held any political power) and floated the idea of Electronic City when only a tiny fraction of Indian population ever heard of Computer ijn 1980s. Wonder what was CBN during that time. Well its for your imagination.

I am not supporting any politician here. All are the same. I used to support CBN during my college days when I was made to believe that CBN was responsible for IT revolution in India. But incidents happened later like - working for IT company, Internet info outburst, social media etc - we came to know the reality.

During his prime time, 1994-2004 many people questioned the future of AP without CBN.

Then following his ousting in 2004 (which was the best thing happened to AP), YSR came and ruled like a real King benefiting huge masses with his policies.

Then people challenged that its in the blood of only 2 communities who can rule AP forever.

Then came 2009, then 2014, we have KCR. Many people especially Yellow media of TDP projected TRS as the one which will turn TG into another Waste Bengal. But in 2018, you can see KCR emerging as one of the most powerful leaders of India.

So whats the moral? First NTR then CBN then YSR then KCR ???

So the take away for us the common people is - Its just because of the POWER that they hold, they could achieve so many things. NOT because these people have a magic wand in their hands.

To support my argument, I would challenge what these people were doing during the time when they are out of the power? Could they do anything good for their people except blaming the party in power? Nothing. They would do nothing without any power in their hands. Did they do any sacrifices like first generation Indian politicians? No. Absolutely not.
