\As of now on H1 Bhayya .ekkada settle avthano inka ardam kaavatledhu.   consulting lo pani chesi bore koduthundi . I mistaked by not applying gc earlier.. money is ok but no job satisfaction. 

my point is if I decide to go to India I have option in all 3 cities. a of now I am saving and putting money in Mutual funds.

depending on placement of apartment  4500 ninchichi 5000 varaku chepthunnadu

how sustainable is kukatpally with this much residential development.  how is water availability and sewage maintenance. I am not able to understand I hope I can talk to the architect  heart to heart .

water endhi water konukkovadamey. monthly maintenance oka 5k daaka vastadi depending on the size of the apartment. nenu Saturday roju vella . hitech city nundi 15-20 mins pattindi. ma bava cheppatam weekdays lo 45 mins padtundi traffic lo to hitech city.

They raise it at least bank interest rate every year even in worst case even if real estate sector is doing very very bad.
