when babu built cyberabad in 4 yrs ,and put Hyderabad on Google maps .why not another new city in AP? very easy for him

silly question. hyderabad was assigned capital of andhra on oct 1st 1953. hyderabad and secunderabad developed in that time to be capital of a state. now tech boom started in late 80 and 90s. with an established capital and infrastructure , he was able to improve cyberabad in such a short time. also competition from other cities was less. your silly argument is that he should repeat the same in 4 years considering - new capital , state torn in half ,most  IT companies already have office all over country.

ila annav baagundi. IT started between 1997 and ended in 2004 , cyberabadwas built in 1997 to 2004 ante ne langalu counters vestaru.
