radiation effect baga yemina vuntundha deeniki ?

radio frequency we use for communications are  from

30khz to 300 giga hertz

In this frequency we use radar, satellite dsih antennas, satellite phones , fm , am , short wave, Bluetooth , WiFi and as well as mobile communications .

Other than radio communications we also use microwave frequency waves to heat our food.

None of the waves in this frequency have any ionizing affect on your human body or any living cells execot that it increased glucose metabolism which is still not known to cause long term affects.

Any frequency below 30 khz is audible sound waves.

Any frequency above 300 GHz is light waves like infrared ,visible light Ray's that your eyes can see. Fly's can see infra red Ray's.

Now anything above visible Ray's are x-rays and cosmic Ray's.

Our ozone layer protect us from harmful sun rays, which is gas body and generates these dangerous Ray's.

But in Florida beach goers take heavy beach bath , since the ozone layer is very thin in North America because of excessive use of freon gas .. Florida folks rate high in skin cancer as their skin is ionized by uv rays.

Cosmic Ray's are outcome of stars, galxies that collide with each other ...there is underground observatory in Japan that collects cosmic Ray's to study the history of black holes and big bang..

Always use sunscream and branded shades while going out in sun

In villages farmers work 8 hours under sun without shades developing cataracts while they turn 60,65. Farmers in India don't need sunscream as ozone is healthy in India..don't know in long run.

Uv Ray's are not blocked by clouds. Even on cloudy day when you play cricket use sunscream lotion, as these Ray's still penetrate clouds easily.

So unless you use x-rays or cosmic Ray's , or take beach baths in Florida uv rays..you shouldn't worry about cellphone  radiation using any cellphone product .
