on top of buying tesla you need to set up charging station that is another cost you have to consider,

I am not sure of bay area but If I buy tesla where I live I have to be cautious of charging stations. though its growing now a days but still you need to find one unlike you find gas stations at every cross road/ signal

you need to talk to leasing office how they charge you for installing the port and payment for using electricity.
