No H1b receipt after 1 month

Got a full time opportunity, filed H1b transfer.

daridram enti antea, attorney premium processing chesindi, sent to USCIS on sep 18.

on sep 26 received the premium processing check back(attorney sent 2 separate checks), saying we are redirecting your application to regular processing 

 

no update till now, almost 1 month avutundi, no receipt. Check kuda encash avaleadhu,

Your application might have gone to Assam Service Center, you'll get receipt number starting with ASM. . . . . . 

Just kidding.

As long as the attorney/employer has Fedex Receipt number, they can request USCIS to trace the application. If its not found, they can file again and usually in such cases USCIS considers your application receipt date as earlier fedex receipt date in case of any i94 expiry issues if you've.
