Oka friend/ex-colleague NJ lo JPMC lo manager ga cheradu(FT not contractor), tech manager more than 10 years experience undi athaniki plus manchi thope candidate. No MS in US most of the experience in India. JPMC cherinappudu premium option lekundindi that was a few months ago so transfer regular lo apply chesaru. Ippati varaku wait chesaru ippudu rejection ochindi.

Feel bad for him, chaala manchi thope candidate nenu ippati varaku choosina candidates lo one of the best tech workers. He is more deserving of the H1B than most people who have had their transfers done, like that crybaby Kumar for example. Ippudu vere job vetukkovali ani choostunnadu he has time upto Feb. Ento ee madhya ee H1Bs paristithi, not looking good man.

Actually managerial roles lo unnavallake ekkuva RFE and rejections avutunnayi . Speciality occupation defend chesuko leka  potunNaru . See FB RFE discussion group chala cases unnayi ilantivi . Sad for him though .

US does not need managers.. management is born in US...You Es See I  Es thinks that manager/management is not specialty occupation..Frag--omen.. immigration attorneys for almost all corporate clients are too much overloaded and they are the ones messing the H1B cases big time

Nope technical expertise Leni Vallu why needed for them ? Ikkada Vallu cheyachu ga ? Managerial roles speciality occupation kinda discouraging . Computer programmer is no more speciality occupation. Management roles are marching towards same route .
