Pregnancu endhu cover cheiyadu..it wont come under pre-existence. health insurance cant deny pregnancu as preexistance anymore. check with other customer rep.

if you are taking about not paying anything at all for the whole process, then you need to be on best plan or HMO kind of plan..

Some insurance won't cover..last ki bokka nee...

*which covers best during maternity ani anthe...

employer dhi unte- thats the best one...usually sep lo close aithadi most of the employers

- neeku ekkuva ayina tax benefit vasthadi... konni insurance only in open enrollment will cover pregnancy .

united and blue cross ki cheyyu...during open enrollment. they should consider pregnancy.

bay area lo aithe kaiser is best but its little expensive.

1 yr ko should not think on $$$ during this time.i .have seen many ended up paying more $$$ when they went with cheaper plans...

Some plans may not cover pregnancy , exclusions lo list chestharu , but 550$ unde plan cover cheyyatledu ante surprising though

If you don't want to spend a lot of money and will stay in the same place for a while , decide on the hospital/doctor , see which plans they accept etc , HMO lo ee hospital/doctor unde plans teesuko , that should help

OOP ni careful ga check chesuko , planning mana chetullo ledu anuko but remember that ded, coinsurance , oop will change by calendar year so if baby is born on Jan 1st then aa year ded , coinsurance vere undochu plan ni battu (unless you have last quarter deductible/oop carryover condition) in your policy

do research , calculate the total amounts you pay , hospitals around you , anni choosi decide avvu

bayya.. how can we take short term plans under the new laws? full insurance mandatory since obamacare kada.. so pregnancy is covered all these plans. unless OP has some bithiri plan that doesnot comply with obamacare or whatever drumpf calls it

General ga group insurance lo pregnancy will be covered by default, go with group insurance with ur employer, rather than taking individually
