so ? population is half in world... what is your problem. are they not people... ? talent based.. reservation .. ? ask nasa to hire people based on the reservation..

with the current system...the reason for 7% cap per country is to make sure every country gets a shot.. the leftovers from countries with fewer applications .. they push to countries with higher demand..

ippudu per country cap thesethey....looking at current backlog for india .. next 10 years indian backlog clear avvadanike saripothadhi... other countries ki probability thakkuva... india dhe monopoly avvuthadhi .and new applications has to wait until the backlog is cleared..

Recapturing the unused visas from previous decade is only solution for this..

not removing the country cap.

Not really. You need to see the Inventory in more details before you conclude this. It takes 5 years to clear backlog & rest of the world can catchup. 15+ years waiting lo unna valla ratio outpace those who (other countries) aren't even applied. In these 15 years they spent lot of money and added value to the economy. Nee logic prakaram you don't want to give respect those who are already here and adding value but bring someone who may or may not work 15 years and give back same amount. Wake up

y would some country want only people of one race or region get the GC...and dominate their space..

lets say..US is a IT company..

and imagine if it hires only Americans or chinese or indians... (90%)...

then by not hiring other race or creed...the company is loosing out on the diversity in the talent which other race people may posses...

so expand this to US as a country....

First ask companies to remove "Equal opportunity employer who doesn't discriminate on race, religon" from their slogans.  Company hire chese style change cheyyali kani diversity lo ne talent untadhi anukotam foolishness. Throw them under pressure and pick those who perform deeniki earth meeda ekkada pudithe enti. When Indians or Chinese shows the interest its not their mistake. Earth lo more than half population these countries lo ne unnaru. Diversity is a joke. It's not solving anything.

Its just your mental feeling, once you use to a lifestyle will you go back and work in McDonalds for $12/hr? How many people will afford to take this pay and live forever? Even if they go back and hit labor jobs they are still called Americans once you get to GC. Blind ga argue cheyyaku man. If you personally don't like this why even staying?
