what does the status say ? Does it show "issued".

Brother ki also 221g came in chennai consulate, they cleared 221g in about 40days and after receiving email to submit, got passport in about 5 days

did you resubmit the ds-160 on the day of finger prints by any chance?? due to an error or something?
