sep 2017 lo exntension ayindi until 2020..

but again filed amendment in Jan 2018.... 2021 varaku approve aindi..

incase if i change company...they will apply transfer with my old i140 only... 3 years vastadi..

then they will again start the process from scratch. and port PD

What if the dates become current while that scratch process (lets say PERM) is still pending and expected to take 6 months at least?

if that is the case then why apply for i-14o again in new location? I can use the same old 140 to keep applying for extensions right?(incase if I settle in the same company)

ur PERM is based on location, salary in that area...

if u r changing it...u need to refile the PERM, 140 and port the date..

maybe I dint clearly put my question

Location A: i140 approved last year

H1 Amendment with new locaiton

Location B: H1 Approved. Still i140 start cheyale...

1 year passed by...still i-14o start cheyaledu....

now if I want to move to Company B(Location C) - can I use i-14o approved from location A for h1-transfer?
