Possible ways to get job in US or Europe directly (don't want to study MS just for job). DB guys, please shower your experience and educate me. Is there any way? Thanks in advance.

There should be some way with consultancies, isn't it? Couple of my friends went that way 3-4 years back. They are still working, but didn't get chance to check with them, that's why posted here.

What’s your background I mean core eng or IT. If core eng it’s possible no MS I worked in Europe and now in USA( of course came here through Indian company and Jumped), but in Europe there so many consultants will sponsor visa eg: Altran, Alten

From core, but working in IT now. You telling about IT job or core sector job?

With exp it’s possible vaya many of my friends working in Germany and Sweden.
