westlife
The plume resembles those that appeared on the brook twice in January, which the DEC also investigated. DEC documents indicate that Dragon Springs failed to meet a remediation deadline, and Dragon Springs representatives were required to meet with DEC officials in mid-March. westlife
The DEC traced the plumes to a construction site lacking required sediment and erosion controls, and fines could be as much as $37,500 per day. Golden expects them to be substantially less and says his client blames bad weather for the failure to meet DEC deadlines.
