Na roommate gadiki undi,  nenu lechina 2 hours tarvata lesi,  nidra asalu pattatledu ani edustadu roju. Db people,  share some knowledge here.

Well, see a sleep doctor. They check whether you are getting enough oxygen during the sleep. CPAP machines just works to fix that problem

i intentionally stay awake on friday. if i close my eyes, i will get sleep
