When people are struggling to get water for domestic purposes, and people getting water in tankers, where can one plant these fruits. We have 18 acres dry land, no use. no canals either. Just ground water. Kaani maa oorla oka baapana ayaana tho maatlaada. he is 65.  When he was a kid, even during summers, he didn't need to carry water to clean the potty. 

People and the government should realize that water has more value than currency notes. And start to conserve it (cheruvulu, temples daggara konerlu), and use less water for agriculture (like in israel). Kaani, collective rationality is different from self-interest.  Atla, antha m0ddal paal ayindi 1990 daggar nunchi maa area lo: from 30 feet ground level water to 720 feet.

People are migrating to cities to do labor jobs. Maa relative (cousin brother aithadu, varasaku) is going to Bangalore to join a telugu mess run by his wife's relatives.  

Kaani PV Narsim Rao wrote in his book "Insider" about such migrations. Even during his times, say 1980, people from Karimnagar, Warangal moved to mumbai in seeking odd jobs. Lots of people who moved to big cities for odd jobs during 1980's have become rich now, thanks to whatevr real estate they bought those days.
