Although the caste system was abolished officially in 1871 following the banning of the feudal system, people belonging to the Eta caste still continue to be in professions which are looked down upon by the elite and are subjected to ostracism.

There is a hidden caste system in Muslim communities too. England had the class system. It is not like any society has been devoid of it. They are all different manifestations of hatred interpreted according to societal makeup.

Varna (Sanskrit: वर्ण, romanizedvarṇa) [1] The division of society on the basis of occupation in the Early Vedic period led to the development of four classes or varna

  • Brahmanas: They were the educated priests, who speacialized in preserving sacred text and carrying out various types of religious rituals.
  • Kshatriyas: They were in charge of protection and administration of the lands.
  • Vaishyas: They were traders, craftsmen and farmers.
  • Shudras: They were the labourers forming the lowest rung of the society and were meant to serve the three upper classes

paina list prakaram - munnuru kapu's, reddy's, kapulu, and kamma vallu eh categories loki vastharu

As far as I know, kapu kamma reddy are all farmers. Ala ala rajula Kalam poyeppatiki they have started owning lands and became dominant in society. And Malli vallalo Koda financially well, not so well unnaru. There are group of people who used to be dasi to king/queen. Vallaki Koda Chala Mandi rajulu who moved to Europe after Independence gave land as gift and vallu ala land owners ayyaru Kani they are actually people who served upper castes... I think those are people from vijayanagaram. But people who used to practice farming from beginning are different.

Munnuru kapus belongs to Banglore, some minorities. they are some 1000 families migrated to AP for some reason and they were given govt jobs and reservations. Ala vallu bagane flourish ayyaru.
