+200000.

Working for same client as full time is the best thing anyone can do. Working for new client means, they will have 1000s of expectations, which means you have to work OT to achieve deadlines, it is like working in India.

Better to work for know place. Dont worry about expenses at all.. at end of day peace of mind is more expensive than tokkalo expenses.. avi eppudu vundeve.

Kaadu FT is directly with client. Epudunna job lo at theost vendor ki FT velachu anthe. Client will never sponsor h1

Why they don’t wanted to sponsor H1b?

Ft with same client is the best thing to do if you want to switch to ft now

But if they aren't going to sponsor or offer ft position, you pretty much have your answer by now
