Immigration Experts - Please help !

I moved from company A to company B. H1 transfer approved and been a month that i joined in this FT role. Payroll kuda run ayyindi. Now i want to go back to company A and transfer to company C. I have few questions here.

1. My assumption is since Company A didn't withdraw my h1b i can silently go back and start at my old client and then start transfer to company C . Employer A needs to pay me around 30k + when i left so i didn't resign. For him i am in India on vacation. Quora lo payroll run kakapote i can go back but payroll company B to start ayite h1b with employer A invalidate avutundi ani undi. -- I feel this is incorrect and i can still go back to employer A.  Is my understanding right?

2. Since i am facing issues with employer regarding salary i am planning on switching employer too. Mundu join ayyi employer A to then  Prime vendor to transfer cheyinchukoni vellipodam anukuntunna. Client is helping but non compete agreement gurinchi they are finding out. --  Ventane transfer after transfer is okay ? Little concerned but have no choice my employer A haven't paid salary on time for more than 1 yr now. Not 100% sure i will get approved kadA? RFE padite months avutundi. 6 months taruvata jump avvalante same client ki vellalenu kada?  Unte inka FT ani undipovali leda ippudu fall back ayyi vellipovali. Appudu malla employer client  rondu vetukovali same story. E client is pretty stable. I will be there for few years.

1. You can go back employer A any time. 

2. Multiple transfers at same time is allowed. But since it is a contracting job high chances of getting RFE.  I would say directly initiate a transfer to employer C in premium and then only resign your FT job after getting approval. Hopefully your client can wait for few months.

Company B tho em issue naaku ardham kaaledu...

Employer A, as per paper (LCA) $30 K  pending unte DOL ki complaint ivvachhu...Company B ki A ki sambhandham ledu Lawsuit  kooda eyyaledu kada nee meeda..
