5 months back cholesterol check ki velthe high undi anaru , sarle ani malla ninna vella , bad cholesterol perigindi and good cholesterol taggindi and overall ga too bad undi anaru . below are the readings :

total cholestrol : 177, hdl : 23, ldl: 129 ,ratio : 7.7

based on previous threads and analysis. i  will try to follow below things. 

stop rice,junk food,oily food,chicken,mutton,dairy products and eat quinova , brown rice,oats , avacados , fruits , vegetables , salmon,almonds,walnuts,omega3 tablets and do daily workouts .

1. Same correct ga 1month follow itey cholestrol taggutada ? share your transformation experience 

 2. fruits lo sugar untadi kada , ekkuva tinte cholestrol perugudda ?

3. Any other suggestions , apart from the ones mentioned above ?

Good cholesterol peragataniki sureshot method eat almonds 10-15 per day everyday.

fruit lo sugar ante try to eat a lot of berries. Rice tinna it’s ok just eat 2/3rd cup per meal. Measure and eat. Measuring cups untayi. Switch to brown rice

cholestrol is not a single entity,,,,,,,its the ratio of HDL  to LDL.....LDL is the bad fat 

HDL is the good fat, as long as you have high HDL you are good......here are few things you can go if you dont want to die in the next 5/10 yrs 

- switch to cocunut oil 

- eat 1/2 avocados.... guaco n toast is your frnd 

- chia seeds 

- nuts

- use ghee

this is something you can switch to easily 

 

and do more research on HDL

Eam kadu..ikkada 300+ vunde..reduced to below 200..vallu alane bhayapedataru...exercise is imp..if you are getting light chest pain or left hand pain then make sure you follow good diet..Canada lo 250 varaku cholesterol no issue antaru..ikkade athi tablets ivvataniki..

US ki vache mundu em tinnavo adhey tinu kani konchem limit lo ....have ghee mandatory and cocunut ( oil, dry )
