Not sanders, even GOP senators are opposed to it. They want money only for corporates - not to individuals. When you add other addiotnal benefits, they are 'worried' and deeply concerned that they'll be making more money than before -its just few hundreds a month, but that's a big deal.

 

Also, loans for businesses come with lots of strings attached - you can't lay off/ no bonuses/ cap on executive compensation etc. Companies are forcing GOP senators to lift those strings.
