why andhra ppl reduce Hindi pass marks to 18 instead of regular 35 pass mark

Now it has opposite affect... 

 

More students will take Hindi as it’s easy to pass 

just like how we took Sanskrit in Intermediate as we easily get more marks in Sanskrit as opposed to Telugu ....

I was traveling across Vijayawada, Guntur, Khammam, Rajamundry, etc for a couple of days decades ago and when I returned to Hyderabad, I almost forgot Hindi !!

Everyone in those areas speak Telugu - and only Telugu - absolutely no Hindi.

They just don’t know Hindi and can’t speak or understand it - even if we STAB THEM WITH A BLUNT KNIFE !

That happens in almost all interior regions in states where Hindi isn't a primary language, for example in Mumbai you can survive with Hindi due to cosmopolitan culture but if you go to interior parts Marathi becomes prime...
