monnepudo post padindhi db la.. h1 deny aithe we can apply b2 visa ani..? H1 extn deny ayyi i 94 also expire aithe, can we still apply for b2?

No having a valid i94 gives you flexibility to either extend the current visabor change status  to something else like f1/ B2 etc

Without a valid i94 , to you are out of status immediately...

Please find a flight to return back asap.

Tats true...if ur I-94 expired then U cannot change ur visa status to F1 or B2...

U can do all these BEFORE ur I-94 expired
