Plant based food ki Maru. Week ki once fish or chicken tinu

avoid red meat, biryanis, curries with lot f oil n masala.

intermittant fasting chey , blood sugar levals control Loki vastay. diet is 90% cure to all types of diseases. Exercise valla pedda origedi em vundadu but 2-3km walk is good. Pedda pedda heavy workouts , HIIT lu no need
