I wouldn't advise Kris Gethin's program for total beginners, might have worked for you good for you. But I don't anticipate everyone to not end up with muscle fatigue, plus I don't see the point of isolation workouts where you isolate the body parts as if they are completely independent of each other. I believe in doing compound body movements, which involve more than one part of your body but since you seem to base your idea of fitness on celebrity fitness trainers I can see why you would want to follow his program. 

 

Everyone has a different approach and just because you followed some approach doesn't mean other people are wrong..

I don't avoid anything man, as that only increases craving. I only try to eat them in a certain window during the day, usually 4-6 hours and also try to limit their intake except maybe 1 day per week where I eat whatever whenever. 

I find resistance training to be the best way to keep yourself in good functional shape, without having the ugly roid look. I also have trained in martial arts before so maybe that helps

Nuvvu cheppina naked warrior book does he tell how to do exercises or is it just about how people have kept their body fit?

No Abercrombie and Fitch and Hollister, they are for teens. 

I don't have a specific brand. Now a days I am mostly buying in Hugo Boss.
