As of April 20, 2020, number of people waiting for Visa Availability to file an I-485 (Green Card) we have

EB1
China 9,301
India 29,843
Philippines 28
ROW 2,699

EB2
China 29,856
India 298,611 (worst situation, could take 10 years of waiting, hopefully Spillover will speed-up)
Philippines 0
ROW 0

EB3
China 9,324
India 69,398 (here you can understand why more Indian want to get an I-40 in EB3)
Philippines 10,103
ROW 36,284

..and we have a LOT of Chinese investors: EB5 = 23,511

Official report from USICIS

So ee lekkana yevadiki yenni istharu ? 2012 any chance from EB2 ?

I thought uscis stopped publishing pending inventory numbers.

This data was from April of this year.

EB1 moved quite a bit after April 2020. I am hopeful that entire EB1 backlog will be cleared this year. May be no spillover though.

If the recession was to continue next year also, then chances are EB1 might spillover to EB2

If I move from EB3 to EB2 (for example), they might be counting them as 2 different people as its 2 different I-140s.

If I change companies, then also, there will be multiple I-140s and so they may be counting multiple

ee data koncham meaningful undi.  We can correlate this with what you already shared and can estimate (with out dependants)

https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/data/I140_by_class_country_FY09_19.pdf

EB2 India (I-140s approved):

2009: 6,674

2010:15,313

2011: 22,286

EB3 India (I-140s approved):

2009: 4,422

2010:6,682

2011:6,929

EB1  is about 20,000 In 2019 for all countries combined.  about 13,000 or so for India and China.

EB1 spillover coming to EB2 is still very difficult for 2021 as there is about 2 years worth of backlog to clear.

The way EB1 India moved this year (2020), makes me think there are chances for some spillover to EB2 towards the end of the year.
