aa community lo kone janaalu oka pakka karrona karrona ani anavasaramaina edupu edusthuuu, ingo pakka corner flat at top floors allot chesthe 2.2 Cr istha ani egabaduthunnaru 🤣

Its not a good decision to buy in Tier 1 cities ( These cities are already saturated and the prices are already high and the rate per sq ft couldnt be more than 2* or 3* times per sq ft after 20 years )

So buy the property in Tier 2 cities and construct them in to some rental complexes or middle class homes.. 

Trust me, i know one family who did this in one normal mandal and their uneducated son is getting around 12 lakhs per month now just in rents..

So thats a generation of planning you are doing, so do it wise.

Tier 2 cities lo 12L per month ?

May be possible only in corporations like warangal & Karim nagar , kakinada, rajahmandry etc  .. but In those cities also land is not that much cheap ... in few cities it’s near to 1L/sqyd in a good location

Lol..neeku ee edava seppado kani ...max rate unte  maha aite 4300/ sqfeet undi akkada..masala add seymante mundu untaru neyavva.. i knw it 1st hand bcoz I have frnds living there and we booked a flat 3 -4 yrs back for 3600/ sqft and cancelled it later

Hyd lo ORR adjacent, IT/financial district ki throwaway distance lo Myhome(avatar project), Ramky, Lanco, Jayabheri, mantri developers premium apts cost around 7000 per sft undhi,

Even today similar range builders Jayabheri and others in Amaravathi/vijayawada area - 6700 per sft/-

Atleast try to Google the locations before posting...except undavalli constructions none of the others are even near to raintree park..and all of them are 15 KMS away from vjw?..some are not even in the same direction ...and do you expect the builder to sell for same price throughout the project...lol

guntur ANU area ayina, vijayawada ayinda, vundavalli ayina emundhi bedharu akkada potential, employment potential entha undhi, income entha undhi, rents potential entha undhi, city's culture and future prospects everthing matters kada.

What I yam saying is. Guntur/Amaravathi/Vijayawada either core or outskirts lo or any where kuda Hyd lo premium apartments laaga rates pettadam joke antunna.

Ippudu joke kadu ani evadu annadu..it's obviously bad as an investment..but may not be if you want the luxury..ante ippudu as life style kosam vjw nunchi hydki evadu velladu..Aina nuvvu seppinavanni lekapote inka rates undakudadu anukodam is a joke..bcoz it costs almost same to build a luxury apt for a builder..only diff would be the land cost..arey tier1 city kadu kada papam ani iron,cement etc free raavu kada

Ex: my cousin lives in my homes apt in hyd..my aunt n uncle used to visit them and really liked the amenities...they can afford to buy..and now high rise apts started popping up around vjw..so what do you think them will do?
