Assuming you are maintaining both H1/EAD all the time and your GC got rejected.. and you have your H1 is still valid for an year or so.. what do you do.. IMO you will be transferring H1 to another company ( this is not possible due to PD) or file a new GC application  with same emp right? So you are ready to deal with H1 mess for another decade and paying additional $$$ for EAD .. meanwhile loosing opportunities due to H1 .. does it make sense?

1. You don’t have to pay single penny to renew GC EAD... it’s free of cost.

2. If you are date is current you get it for one year otherwise validity is two years

3. h1b maintain cheyyadam anedi pure optional

4. travel yes india ki vellali ante stamping dates vethukkovadam documents ready chesukovadam lanti headaches vundavu

5. Job flexibility, yes employer eppudu peekestada ani addamina works ki commit ayyu cheyyalsina pani ledu and you are allowed to change jobs. Most importantly new employer doesn’t have to sponsor you except provide supplement G (employment verification related)

now tell me GC EAD worth aaa kaada.... H1 meeda every year renewal ki velle batch ni adugu... ee crisis lo medical emergency kosam India vellali ante embassy open vunda stamping avvudda ani tension pade batch ni adugu EAD value ento...

Sponsoring is not required from new employer, How we can maintain H1 status? Please can you clarify here

GC’s can claim but no idea in EAD. But thatha rule pettademo kada that public charge kindha if any GC holders take these benefit they will not be eligible for citizenship ani.
