Brother 200K common in Seattle which world you living ? My cousins with 5 years exp making 210K on H1 FT

200k is common, but that is Total Compensation (TC) which includes base pay + Stock Grant + Bonus + Joining Bonus..

Be it any big company in Seattle (Amazon/Seattle/T-Mobile), no one will pay 210k base pay even for people having 10-15 years exp.
