do you honestly think people like Lodha , myhome Rameswar rao in Telangana  , lingamaneni in AP  are answerable to any authority ? 

Unless in case of political vendetta these people are over and above all laws

villa is waste bro...manam stay cheyyataniki kuda nenu antha recommend cheyyanu. iga investment is 100% utter waste. 

For any residential property you'll have maintenance(i mean minor to major repairs) after 2 yrs. Every year neeku vache rent lo 20-30% spend cheyyalsi untundi. It's not worth for investment. 

No matter who the builder is, quality will be too low.

Agreed. Be careful with your tenants if you are NRI.

If they know you are NRI, many are claiming ownership these days. 

I have personally seen few such cases. Surprising thing is one of the tenants was software engineer.

not a worthy investment , loan clear aye lopu building value depreciation avuthundi... buy agreculture land

On the contrary , it can happen to anyone in india . 

Our courts are not only corrupt but extremely inefficient , simple cases kooda years drag avuthayi .
