AOS NOV 2020 Shay Taylor25 Oct 2020 Congratulations if your priority date has finally become current for November 2020. This good news comes with some practical considerations. The Murthy Law Firm, like most law firms providing immigration services, is experiencing an unprecedented influx of cases based on the substantial forward movement of priority dates since the October 2020 Visa Bulletin. If you ARE a current client of the Murthy Law Firm, you will soon be receiving an email from us. It will outline the new procedure for processing your case with the Murthy Law Firm. We ask that you follow the instructions in the email and await further information from our office. We request your patience and ask that you do not contact our office repeatedly, so that we can get organized to serve you. Please keep checking your junk folder for the initial email from us. If you have not received the email from us by October 31 and you believe you are eligible to file, please email us at [email protected]. If you ARE NOT our current client (with an AOS case), we are not going to be in a position to take your case as we must focus all resources to care for our current clients. Sincerely, Murthy Law Firm

Don't believe in anyone bro. Wait for visa bulletin and go with the USCIS rules and don't work with litigation attorneys. Dates will not move forward for next 15 to 20 years. Nov bulletin EB3 dates will retrogress.
