M1 processor chips built by Apple could well deliver well, also one thing is they have inbuilt memory along so you cannot upgrade RAM later if you wish to.. If you want 8 GB buy that or 16 GB means buy that before itself.

Dell shipping date is in January 2021.

Most probably 10 th gen ...11th gen is extremely rare , last I heard they had very poor production efficiency for 11th gen .

Same with the ryzen chips , TSMC is overloaded by orders from Apple, xbox, PS5 and amd's own RDNA2 GPU orders . 

Semi conductor production ki huge year , unprecedented demand undhi
