Forget bout his video or talk

Thailand does not in anyway have superior rice quality at all .

how does one say? Or justify this or the other about Indian rice ??

There is no objective and verifiable way to judge rice quality .

If we are talking about nutrition , then most of the rice we eat are polished varities without husk which contains all the important nutrients . Also Indian rice covers thousands of variants , cannot just cover in one branch .

Even between districts in AP, there are lot of different rice varieties

So Yes , there is no quantifiable way to state that Thailand rice is superior over Chinese or japanese or Vietnamese or Indian rice .

Asalu matter entantey polished , non polished kanna important the Sona Masoori rice lo undi. It was created in a lab by Venkata Ramana reddy. It is a GMO - genetically modified variety.

Not many people know this , high yield ani it became famous. We are eating GMO rice , that too ultra polished, for the last two generations atleast.

we do not have any GMO rice in production in india at all .

BPT 5204 was produced by selective breeding and not genetically modified . Infact I would go a further step and say In 1986 india does not have any capability to produce gene modifications in anything .

Please check your sources

You have a choice to purchase and eat non polished rice but it's not that tasty and is little rough to eat

Arey babu , agricultural scientists do slective breeding between two traditional varities and produce ones which have the best quality .  Wild indigenous varieties have extremely poor yield and used to take 8-10 months for one crop while producing the same quality of seeds .

Slective breeding is just using natural evolution and picking out the best varieties for our needs
