Looks like IV already gave us a hint in the last tweet. He tweeted just to ask to include in omnibus/spending. He didn't ask us to call any one and ask to lift the ban or something. Looks like lee uncle is doing it very low level no leaks. IV asked to call and ask to include in omni bus i.e no hurdles for bill just to add the bill. Lee uncle will do it for sure.
