Stock market is about growth and future earnings potential. Right now the expectation is for about 20 Million cars sold per year in year 2030. Tesla is a vertically integrated technology company that has numerous products including solar roof, power wall, supplier to utilities and eventually capable of robo taxi and a virtual power grid with V2G tech.

People who believed his vision bought shares and are making money as they believe this disruption can create wonders

Lol, do you know how many satellites SpaceX launches? All NASA satellites are launched by SpaceX now, NASA is no longer launching satellites, they are contracting to SpaceX.

Elon doesn’t take salary. He has stocks based compensation as a CEO. In United States people don’t pay for wealth they rather pay on income per year. By taking stock based compensation he pays nothing in taxes per year. Now he is moving to Texas that’s an indication that he might liquidate his assets soon.?
